Self Portrait/Portraits Part II & Rules of Photography Part II

Self Portrait & Portraits Part II

  • Have fun with it. Be sexy. Be yourself. Be awesome. Be different. Be creative. Whatever you do, have fun with it. That’s part of the point, after all.
  • Don't be shy. If you approach people in the right way, they'll usually be happy to have their picture made.
  • It helps if you can get a friend to be a stand-in until you can be there, or mark your spot with tape or chalk.

chose these environmental portraits because the setting around them is perfect and really brings out the subject/subjects.

I choose these self portraits because their really great photos these are the kind of photos i would take their really nice.

I choose these casual portraits because although their very similar they bother are plain simple no poses or anything special.

Lytro Warm-Up

3. I think they would have to know the  quality amount the photo is  and how to use it correctly

4. Honestly i believe is you enjoy taking pictures and want to make a job out of it yes because on day you may take the worlds greatest photo but it comes out unfocused this program would help alot.

FASHION

1. They made her neck longer her eyes stand out more and made her lips bigger and head more rounded.

2. No because it create a lie and makes a unperfect person perfect and creates a bad standard to live up to because its physically impossible.

3.  I would say if the person was already beautiful why would you have to make yourself even more beautiful or durning a contest it would be wrong because thats cheating and unfair

4.  The photos in which the person uses makeup and  fix their hair are okay, but using the computer to change the subjects facial structure is bad.

5.  Fashion photography are altered to make the subject perfect and create a unachievable beauty naturally while photo journalism finds the natural beauty in the photo it captures.

6.  I believe it shows us the true nature of things and people but sometime they are both used manipulated, the right way to take someones photo may or may not be ethnically wrong depending on the viewer since we all have different perspective on the topic.

A. They enhance photography by allowing you to have more then one option maybe you want photos so you can post it on the wall ore maybe you want videos to capture the memory and live that exact moment again after watching the video.

B. Videos are better then photos because they actually capture the moment and the talking so you can know what exactly happened like in "Coming home" you see all the emotion going on.

C. Photos are better then videos because photos are faster to see and they still capture the moment even without the talking.
